Opinion on this ?

Okay I’m on nexplanon but still get regular periods but this time I’m 4 days late... and been experiencing burning after I go pee.... and now I’m feeling sharp stab like pains ( I’ve never in my life had period cramps ) 😢. Could this be a yeast infection? Or my period coming on? Discharge has been very watery like. This never happened I’m only asking here because I’m OBGYN is closed until Monday I don’t wanna beat myself up.

And to add I haven’t had any sex this just happened out the blue. Slight bloating but no PMS symptoms at all I’ve noticed..
