DAY 1 trying to lose weight

So I thought I’d document how I’m feeling while trying to lose weight with calories restrictions but not starving myself. Still eating to the 1000 calories a day.

My weight has always fluctuated but after suffering a miscarriage at 22 weeks the weight I gained was my safety blanket. I gained a stone and half. 7 months later got pregnant again with my rainbow baby didn’t gain more than 8lb. But after breastfeeding stress 5 months at hospital and1 year at home (couldn’t take baby girls out due to health issues) I gained almost2 stone.

I haven’t been able to look in the mirror and feel sick with what I see.

Day 1 so far so good. Decided not to weigh myself until the end of month and go purely by what I see and how I feel.
