I Love my body
I love my body exactly as I am. I want to safely lose about 30lbs to help my body prepare for pregnancy weight gain, and to get my TSH down, as per the instruction of my endocrinologist. I currently weigh 160lbs at 5'6". I aim to weigh 130lbs.
My plan:
I aim to eat 3 healthy meals a day, and stick to healthy snacks such as vegetables and fruit, and other low-fat low-sugar snacks.
Do physical activity 5-6 days per week, aiming for 30min of cardio 3 times a week. I plan to do yoga, zumba, step aerobics, exercise bike, and take 45min walks around my neighborhood (lots of hills).
I commit to seeing myself as beautiful at every size. ❤🌱
