Needing Weight Loss Advice
Hey ladies! So I have struggled with my weight all my life. At my biggest I was 225 lbs. I dieted and exercised and got down to 174 lbs last summer. I have somehow gotten back out of my routine and am now back at 200lbs. I hate gaining the weight back when I worked so hard to achieve my goal last year. Do any of you have tips on how to loose weight fast and also keep the weight off? I would greatly appreciate any advice!
