How to.. loose skin?
So I have lost 130 lbs over the last few 4 years and of course, it comes with the saggy skin. Inner thighs, stomach(the worst) and arms flaps.
How or what can I do to help the saggy skin?? It really takes a tole on my relationship becasue how self conscious I feel. I can’t even lay naked next to him without him asking “why are you covering” ummmm... becasue when I lay down my body turns into a god damn pancake.. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ help??
