Permanent retainer
I did the smiiledirectclub a while ago. And I really do love my teeth now.(I had a gap) but every time I leave my retainers out for too long, my gap opens right back up.
I hate wearing my retainers, the cleaning and taking them out, forgetting to put them back in and losing them is too much for me.
Is there a way to get permanent retainers?
