What can you eat in your first trimester?

This is what I've been living off of...

Anyone else having a hard time finding things you can stomach? What works for you?

Smoothies, bagels, bagel bites , fruit and sour things... so far.

I can only eat and drink cold things and meat is an absolute no no. If I eat even room temperature food, I immediately get very nauseous and sick. My days have consisted of ice cold salad, parfait, green smoothies, sprite, ginger ale, unsweet tea and, ice. Idk why it has to be cold but, it does. Hot food emits scent and I immediately want to vomit when I smell anything. I work in a pizza place and am miserable. I'm seriously considering quiting before the first trimester ends if it gets worse. My body responds extremely well to leafy green vegetables and fresh fruit. I guess that I'm a vegetarian for now. That's honestly fine. I never really ate much meat anyways. This salad has turkey on it though because I need some protein and beans are also a no no for my nausea rn. Here's what I'm eating today.

This will all pass eventually. We just have to make it through the thick of it. Congrats on your pregnancy mama! I'm praying for a happy and healthy 9 months for us all!!!!😊🌈🌻💕
