Would you be upset?

My lips are extremely swollen from allergies and it is extremely embarrassing. It looks like a botched surgery gone wrong. They are huge and painful. My boyfriend and I were going through the McDonald’s drive thru and I was paying for us to get food and I asked him if we could switch seats and he order for us because I was embarrassed about my lips. He said no, his body hurts and he’s never driven through a drive thru before (we are 21 so I told him there’s a time for everything). He had no problem walking into the gas station to buy himself cigarettes yet he can’t do this for me. I asked him to be supportive but he screamed at me for asking him to do this for me so I ended up having to do it. I am literally always doing him favors, driving him to his friends 40 minutes away and more every week. Would you be upset about this?
