Doctor handwriting - NT referral

Hi!

So my doctor wrote me a script for my 12 week sonogram at a facility that does NT testing. I was alarmed at first at why she wanted me to go, but she said it’s routine and that she sends everyone. Did anyone else’s doctor have them do this testing as a part of routine testing?

When I got home I was looking at the script and I can’t make out some of her handwriting. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma at 6 weeks so I see she included that.

I can make out “Routine testing - —— ——bleeding/subchorionic hematoma “

Does anyone here read “doctor” and has a clue what she wrote here?
