I'm sad

I'm supposed to be 10 weeks tomorrow ... I started to have brown discharge yesterday morning along with some cramping. We called the doc and they fit us in for an ultrasound.

Embryo shows to be 6-7 weeks but no heartbeat. Said too early but my last pregnancy they found it at 7 weeks. So they said this can happen during first trimester. But I know my dates. I had positive pregnancy tests end of April. Lab confirmed it early May. So I am not sure how I'm supposed to be 6-7 weeks

Most likely it stopped growing and I'm expecting to miscarry. I've been having stringy brown discharge and when I had to go poop, I had some red spotting. It comes and go today. I'm on bed rest now.

I have a recheck on the 15th but I just have a bad feeling :/
