Can femara give false positive for HCG?!

This was my first cycle trying femara 2.5mg. When I went in for my mkdcycle ultrasound and blood work, the doctor was convinced it didn't work and next cycle I wouls need to up my dose. Well I just took this HCG test!! Can femara give you false positive?!

No I never got a false positive while on femera.  But when I went in for my mid cycle appt, I learned my follicles had already been released (which meant I already ovulated) and they said that cycle was a fail.  A week later I found out I was pregnant. 
So I think you are probably pregnant!  Fingers crossed! 🤞🏾
