Should I tell him how I feel?

Okay i’ll try and keep this short.

I’m start off simple. I am basically in love with this guy (we’ll call him John) He’s literally perfect and we go to summer camp

together in Wisconsin. He lives in Chicago. I live in New Jersey. I recently found out that camp is cancelled, and I wasn’t planning on going back.

But i was planning on becoming a staff member there (so 2-3 years from

now) so I could actually see him again. I was also planning to go to Chicago to see some of my other friends that I miss, so we could run into each other then.

I really want to tell him that I like him. Like i just want to get it off my chest, but ofc i’m scared of rejection and the awkwardness of seeing him again. (also not that this matters, but a posted a yolo on snap, and idk who said it, but someone said that “John” liked me and they were wondering how i felt ab hooking up at camp) sooo yeah I just rly need someone else’s opinion.
