Just out of curiously. I’m almost 21 and I’ve absolutely never had luck with guys. Only dated two, been asked out once other than that. Never been cat called or randomly hit on. Never had boys hit me up on social media or ask for my number while seeing me out and about. I won’t lie, I’m drop dead gorgeous and I kind of hate social media for giving this portrayal of if you don’t have it or don’t use it, you’re a loser. So technically, I’m a loser

Being cat called is actually quite scary most the time. I've had a man driving a van following me trying to get my number and telling me I'm pretty when I was very clearly a minor, on top of many other experiences

Be thankful you’ve not been cat called. It’s demeaning and can make you feel seriously uncomfortable and scared depending on where you are where it happens. Also, I’ve never heard someone refer to THEMSELVES as being drop dead gorgeous.... I’m all for being comfortable and confident in your own skin but if you are that sure of yourself, maybe it comes off as arrogant. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Being cat called isn’t great and it makes plenty of girls feel unsafe. I’ve had grown men try to get with me when I was 12-13 years old and it’s not pleasant. I’d consider you lucky. They don’t look at you and think you’re a vulnerable piece of a$$. You scare them because you’re too good for them from your gorgeous looks and it terrifies them. You’ll find the right one. Try to go out with friends that doesn’t involve alcohol or be more social in general. But ALWAYS be careful🥰

as someone who has been catcalled and harassed on the street quite a bit (even when underage) it is horrifying, humiliating, and generally awful. it's not something you want. your value doesn't come from the attention any man gives you, girl! if you know you're beautiful and worthy, that confidence is gonna draw the right man eventually. not about quantity, it's all quality

You are so not a loser. 21 is still very young in the world! You have soooo much time. Why don’t you try making the first move instead? Trust me, a lot of guys like a forward girl. Go to a bar (you’re 21 after all) with some friends and hit on some attractive dudes. If you are drop dead gorgeous, they probably faint lol. Have some fun! Your 20s are some of your best years.

I really hate being cat called and it happens all the time and is annoying and gross and i really really HATE IT. I dont care how attractive of a guy it is or where we are I HATE IT. I make nasty comments to people when they cat call me because im over it and tired of it. Ied rather have a genuine compliment that takes some brains or an actual conversation if your interested in me. Like ask about my shirt graphics, or start a conversation about it, or that you like my haircut (i dont have a typical women haircut) or like the color of my lipstick or something other than hey sexy, wheres that fine ass going, how about i show you what a real man can do etc. That shits nasty as fuck and gross. Or maybe just talk to me instead. Ya know i really hate cat calling

Usually a drop dead gorgeous woman where I'm from is usually stopped in public just to ask for their number or flirt. Maybe the men in your town need glasses or they feel you are in a relationship or you are out of their league.
