Smiley face and fertile window?

When my digital opk reads the blinking smiley face can I assume that that means it’s the start of my fertile window?

Side note: yes I know blinking means high fertility/detection of increased estrogen and solid smiley means peak I just want to know if it ALSO means the start of my fertile window and if I should expect ovulation in 5 ish days.

I’m asking because I got my first blinking face at CD12 when I usually ovulate in CD14-15 so getting a blinking face so late is making me think I should be expecting my ovulation to start later as well.
