Fiance is at ER.

He came home from work this morning and was saying his testicle hurts and he's having the feeling of needing to pee every couple minutes but there's no swelling or anything. I hope he's okay. My dad took him because I have to stay here with our kid and because of covid I don't think we would be able to go in anyways. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? He has had a UTI before and said it feels defferent. He's had kidney stones before and he said it feel different than that too. The only things dreaded google suggested was STI/STD or UTI so I don't know what it could be. I know he will find out soon I just want to know what yall think it could be
