Weird periods after ecotopic

Hi everyone.....I had my first ecotopic surgery on jan21 2019....but after nearly one and half year I am facing weird period....this is my third day of period....first day of my period was like spotting and second day light without cloting of blood..it was light red and water constancy and today weird dark and like sticky.....I have right tube cramps(I hv only one and I lost left tube).... Is this another ecotopic or light period??....I am totally confused as we use pull out method during sex.....plse hlp me as we can't consult doctors due to lockdown😭😭😭
