Does this sound healthy?
Hey y’all I decided to go vegetarian again and having been without meat since Monday. I’m trying to decide what I’m going to get for next weeks groceries. So far I only have lunch and dinner planned out which would be cauliflower tacos with corn, quesco fresco, and maybe some avocado with fruit. The other thing I want to prepare is veggie burgers and have edamame and probably some fruit with that as well. For breakfast, I’m thinking about doing smoothies or some kind of protein bar. Does this sound okay? If not what should I change? Also what brand of veggie burger would be best?
