Formula Math

Stupid question...

My LO gets 3 oz of formula and 1 oz breastmilk per feeding (my milk supply is low due to mammary hypoplasia and IGT).

Anyways he absolutely hates cold/barely lukewarm milk. During the day I let it sit in warm water for few minutes and it works for him. In the middle of the night, I have to wait so long for the water to run hot then have to wait more for the milk to sit in it for a bit. So I decided to skip the prepared formula for night feedings. Instead, I warm up 3oz of distilled water for 10seconds and mix with the formula powder then add my 1 oz of milk and it's the perfect temperature for him..

I have this formula dispenser that I already filled with 3oz worth on each container. I put 1 1/2 scoop of powder for 3oz of water. Is my math correct considering 1 scoop is for 2oz???
