I’m conflicted.. MRI with contrast while pregnant

So everything I’m reading online says that it’s not safe but my endocrinologist wants me to get an MRI with contrast to check on my pituitary tumors because being pregnant can make them grow (they’re very small) and my headaches have been bad but I’m also pregnant and headaches come along with that when I asked my OB/GYN her answer was basically mom‘s health comes first and there’s not enough research to say whether or not the contrast is safe or not for the baby .. and I know people say not to Google stuff but there is not a single article on Google that says that it’s safe.. there is no research study on Google that says that it safe.. it says that there is a triple risk of stillbirth and also a lot of skin disorders and potentially blindness in infants. Just nothing good about any of it and I’m so torn 😔 anyone have a similar experience ?

I’m 15 weeks pregnant by the way.
