How fine would it be if I typed my thank you notes this time around?

I just got a bunch of cards from some relatives for my graduation and I am not in the mood to write out 6 cards. I mean, ppl wouldn’t have to put up with my cringe handwriting, amirite? Or for the sake of it and some of my relatives are older should I just handwrite them?

I still believe in handwritten thank you cards. I have some to write this weekend for our son’s birthday gifts. Six cards is not that many, especially when sending them to older generations who wrote letters almost daily to people. My niece didn’t send my parents a thank you card for a gift and now my mom has zero interest in giving her anything else because there was no appreciation shown. I hand wrote and addressed all of our thank you cards for our wedding. Yes, it took a while, but it was worth it to me. People chose to spend their hard earned money, I can manage to hand write a note.

I don’t think typing them is an issue. My grandma knows her handwriting isn’t readable so she types all of her letters. 
Especially if some of your older relatives have trouble seeing, it can be helpful to type them because you can make the font very large and clear. But if your handwriting is good, write them out.

Do it however you want. I don't think people will have a problem either way. I never send cards period so you're already a better person than me. Maybe you could print out some pictures and include it in the card? Like your cap and gown or a nice dress? I think they would appreciate the photo more in general. And maybe write on the back "I love you, XYZ

6 cards really isn’t a lot. Hand write them out, If your not in the mood to do it today then try to do it within the next few days. 
I normally send out my thanks you’s within the first 2 weeks of receiving the gift.
