Any thought about this

I been having crazy dreams since I found out o was pregnet so I had a dream yesterday where I was having a ultrasound and I actually saw one sack with two little circle (baby’s). And when I got the pictures it was twins and it said baby a and baby b now. I told my mom I’m sure I’m not going to have twins because God won’t do that to me my mom has twins the only one out of all her sisters but I’m so sure that I’m not pregnet with twins I just don’t think that would be possible at all .

I already had. A early preeety early ultra sound at 4 weeks and only saw one sac i don’t know what do y’all think ?
