Selfish to TTC right now?

Question

Is it selfish as an American woman to TTC right now when we’re on the brick of a revolution and what I truly believe will be a war? Is there truly any benefit to bring a child into the world right now? I’m getting told by many people in my family to put it off because something is going to happen and I shouldn’t be pregnant or with a newborn because I already have a toddler to protect.

I’m going to start TTC very soon and I’m ok with it. There will never be a perfect time. Even if you wait until some issues blow over, something else will come along. Good luck😊

Start trying for your baby. The future is unpredictable always. Anything can happen at any time. So I wouldn’t put my life on hold for “what if” right now. Who knows when things will be “normal” again

Not trying to be political, but there will always be something going on. I wouldn’t try to plan your life and plans around the world if I were you :)
