Could I still be pregnant

Hubby and I have been trying for 4 years but only this last year with doctors. He’s never fathered a child and I’ve never been pregnant. No miscarry no abortion no pregnancy ever. We’ve done lots of testing and we’re both getting all normal results. I did the terrible hsg test, he had his swimmers tested twice. All normal. This is my third cycle using clomid. I had slight spotting yesterday 7dpo. And by slight I mean a pink streak when I wiped one time and nothing since. these past 2 cycles I’ve also been tracking my ovulation with the premom kit. I’ve tested now yesterday (7dpo) and today 8dpo and don’t even have a vvvfl. Is it possible I could still be pregnant? Just keep testing? This is killing me. It’s literally taking up all extra space in my thoughts. I had a dream last night I had a very obvious bfp and of course this morning nothing. I just want to know.... I just want to be a mother finally. I want to give my husband the gift of fatherhood.
