Help with Weight loss to get pregnant!! UPDATE**
Update! So I failed right after I started this post. I gained more weight and got up to 255. I had enough. So I started a diet and my first day was July 17th. I have been successfully taking my thyroid meds. I am down 12 pounds and my husband kept telling me he could already tell that I lost weight so I took some comparison pictures and I’m feeling so excited! It’s not a big change but it feels so good to see the change!

So every single social media platform I am a part of I have some family member or friend so I don’t want to post there. I hate anyone knowing personal stuff about me SO I thought I would post here. I have hypothyroidism and I’m extremely far from where I want to be.
I am 5’2 and I weigh 250 pounds.
Back in the beginning of 2019 I stopped soda completely and GAINED weight. I changed nothing else except my water intake. So I gave up and started drinking soda again and I’ve been stuck at 245-250. I have to get a refill of my thyroid medicine but I am AWFUL at taking medicine so I haven’t taken it in a while. I know it can cause infertility also.
Anyway point is that I want to lose 100 pounds. I want to get back to where I was when I started dating my husband (yes I’ve gained 100 pounds in 9 years) when we tried for our daughter it took us 4.5 years to get pregnant. We started trying for baby #2 a year ago. I’ve told my husband I am done trying until I lose weight. I want to be healthier for our pregnancy when and if that happens.
So my need from any of you is work out regime I can do at home, recipes, or anything that can help me lose weight especially with my thyroid issue. Please comment or message me anything helpful because I LONG for baby #2.
