Help !!!
I did some lower body today and I felt like I could not squat or lunge how I used to ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ rear leg lifts KILLED my pelvis so I couldn’t even do those. I’ve never had my pelvis hurt while doing rear leg lifts. Is that normal ???!!! Is this normal that I can’t squat or lunge how I use to ?????
