My daughter was born on February 2nd, 2020. Ever since, Ive been working hard to lose the weight and feel like myself again. After having my daughter I was 190lbs. Now I am 155lbs! Ive been working out 3-4 times a week and going for daily walks. I also cut out refined sugars and simple carbs. (I also had no choice but to cut out dairy as well - my daughter is allergic). The hard work definently payed off! Still have a long way to go, but it feels great 🙌🏼🏃🏻♀️🏋️♀️
