Feeling like I’m stuck in pms mode. 7 days late..

Ok so I’ve been feeling like my stuck. Like if my period would just start I would feel so much better. My mood is terrible and I’ll feel like I’m about to start but nothing happens. I wiped yesterday and there was a little red but none sense. I took a pregnancy test first thing in the morning 4 days ago and it said not pregnant. I have no idea what’s wrong. Anyone else have this happen or can give me some insight? TIA 💕
