People aged 30+ who menstruate, do you usually get some spots/acne a few days before period comes on?

Before anyone mentions, I would say this is normal. I was just curious. I also got acne much of my life so it wasn't apparent and not sure if I actually get them pre-period more than randomly now.

🙋🏻‍♀️ 33 years old here! I get a pimple or two on my face (usually temple or chin) but it's my back that usually suffers around my period. I find washing with organic bar soap helps to dry up pimples without drying out my skin.

No. I have very dry skin. Never had acne before just zits going thru puberty. Im 30. I dont get pimples or acne. A zit here or there

Please I’m 41, and I still get acne, but I realize most of it was diet related, I found out that I’m actually allergic to soy. The veggie burgers that I was eating had soy base and it was breaking me out, when I started perimenopause when I turned 41 and was getting night sweats I tried taking Estroven and that is also soy based and would break me out, I switched from the Estroven to taking black cohosh 540 mg instead and  that fix the problem and no more soy so it does help. sometimes it could be something you’re eating I know I’m also prone to acne anything that has caramel coloring like dark colored sodas and things like that however sometimes caramel coloring is hidden in things like honey mustard salad dressing same way soy can be hidden. It could also be hormonal imbalance that is causing it maybe try washing your pillow cases more often. Using an acne wash. Or a spot treatment. Drinking more water, unfortunately your body changes all the time not just every seven years, I was never allergic to soy, but I am now. Every year I seem to get a new allergy since I was 16 so understandable how I developed new ones.
