Could I be pregnant?

Hi moms! I have 3 kids. My youngest is 18 months old and since before I weaned him fully from nursing I’ve had irregular bleeding for 4-5 months. I haven’t resumed “normal” periods yet. It’s honestly just been all over the place. Bleeding for a few days and then stop, then spot, then nothing, then back to bleeding. Yesterday I had a little bit of blood in my cervical mucous (which looked like it could be ovulation) (sorry TMI) after we had intercourse. I haven’t bled in 2 1/2 weeks so I’m hoping that means I’m starting to resume normal cycles. At least 3 weeks ago when we had sex we didn’t pull out only because I was bleeding on and off and thought I could not get pregnant again because I’m not experiencing normal cycles yet. I did bleed for several days after so I assumed we were safe. I have no way to track my cycles yet so I have absolutely no idea when or if I can get pregnant. Any thoughts or advice?
