Extreme breast swelling & tenderness
Hey, I experience really bad breast pain in the weeks leading up to my period. Today it’s the worst it’s ever been. My period symptoms never used to be bad and now they’re always horrible. My boobs are so swollen, my bra barely supports them and soo heavy that it’s killing my lower back. I read that it could be PMDD ( pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder) does anyone else experience this?
