I'm struggling with lunches!!!!!! Can you tell me what your 1 year old is eating for lunch?

Nothing too exciting ... always with fruits on the side ...
Scrambled eggs or omelette with cheese and veggies 
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Oatmeal 
Pasta with tomato sauce 
Avocado on toast
Quesadilla with cheese and tomato
Grilled cheese sandwich

Usually whatever I’m eating, often leftovers. Or a quesadilla or Mac and cheese is always a go to

Chicken with rice and veggies
Potatoe or pasta salad with sausages
Sausages and some fresh cut up veggies (mostly cucumbers, tomatoes and bell peppers) and mashed potatoes
Creamy veggie soups
Fish (fish sticks and salmon are her favorite) with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach
Scrambled eggs with herbs and toast
Fried potatoes
Kimchi fried rice
Red bean hobbang
Chicken dumplings
Kimchijeon (kimchi pancakes)
Kimchijigae (kimchi stew)
Tuna kimbap
Japchae (buckwheat glass noodles)
Tuna melt sandwiches
Veggie tempura
