Wrong sex anxiety

Jennifer

Just wondering if anyone else is anxious about their baby being born the opposite sex to what you've been told? I've already got a son so I have all boy stuff in storage if needed but none of it washed. I was told this baby is a girl but they weren't very sure, I've bought and prepared for a girl anyway in the hope that they were right. I've packed some neutral things in my hospital bag as a "just incase" but I'm starting to worry that I've spent a fortune on girly things and my little girl could come out a little boy! I'm so anxious I've avoided getting a comforter made with her name on (I had one made for my son so I want this baby to have one as well) incase her name ends up not getting used.

I think I'm getting more anxious about it now because I'm so close to term (37 weeks on Wednesday). Is anyone else feeling the same or am I just driving myself mad?
