Worrying myself 😭 Breech Baby

Please take time to read this. I’m really upset by this that I’ve read on the Internet and I’m hoping someone can help me.

Prior** to 32 weeks my baby was head down - at 32 weeks she was breech. The OB said he can try to turn her at 36. After researching that, I will not be letting him do that (risk factors for the baby.)

Therefore if baby doesn’t turn I get a c section - 😔😔😔😔 which scares me to death BUT I’ve made peace with it. Here is the scary part - I have an anterior placenta which is where the placenta is at the front of my stomach. This isn’t all that uncommon and hasn’t caused me problems (other than can’t feel kicks as good!) I’ve read anterior placenta can cause MAJOR complications for c section delivery such as hysterectomy (I’m young and not done having babies 😭) or extreme hemorrhaging/extreme bleeding (this is scary for obvious reasons). I have other kids and the thoughts of something going wrong scares me. I don’t really have anyone to talk to - the ones I know having c sections don’t have anterior placenta.

Also I’m afraid even if baby flips back head down I’ll need a c section because I’ve read if they flip back and forth a lot, sometimes they recommend a c section so they don’t flip in the middle of labor, possibly getting stuck in the birth canal?

Can anyone give me advice? 😞
