Help with 3 year old

I need some serious help with my soon to be 3 year old. He is driving me crazy

He has a 10 month old sister and for the past couple months has gotten SO bad.

He has a habit of spitting, biting, licking, pinching, anything gross with his mouth. He also picks his nose.

I am going crazy. He was a little baby but now I can’t go five minutes without him doing those and it’s making me not want to be around him.

I have tried everything to stop it. I have tried ignoring him, time out, biting him back, everything. Nothing stops it.

Yesterday I sent him to his room bc it was too much.

I do play with him and he’s typically good but it’s exhausting playing with him 24/7 or he’s being bad. Idk what to do

My husband is deployed due to COVID-19 and I’m a stay at home mom.
