AF cake this morning... failed IUI

AF came this morning to reveal that my IUI cycle had failed. It’s especially hard for me because we conceived our first son (18 months old) with an IUI that worked on the first try. I’m feeling extremely sad and depressed. Any kind words would be greatest appreciated.
