Insecurities or Trust Issues?

I know trust issues can come from insecurities but I recently got married. Pretty quickly without even getting to know my husband for a year but I do love him and he treats me better than anyone I have been with but I have doubts and a lot of trust issues that I keep to myself. I work from home so when he says that he’s going somewhere or comes back a little late from work (He’s in the Military) I cant help but think he’s going to see someone. Advice?
