My throat started to feel like there was a lump in it and felt tight last night, kind of felt hard to breathe too. I can eat and drink just fine, I can swallow with no issues. As I was falling asleep I noticed I stopped breathing unconsciously multiple time and had to remind myself to breathe which has never happened before. My upper back has been hurting recently too but that's probably bad posture and a 20lb baby. I don't know what's going on and it's still really hard to get into my doctors office right now.

Edit: It feels like it's in the back of my mouth now? Kind of like a tonsil stone.
