Plastic surgery doctor recommendations

I want liposuction and I don’t know where to start. I know it’s cheap in countries like the dr, Columbia, and Mexico. But I’m honestly scared to go out the country and get it done. Because of the rate of people dying. So if anyone who has had liposuction or any kind of plastic surgery in or out of the u.s. can you tell me the doctors and give your review and also talk about your results and experience with your doctor and also the price range you paid so I can fit this in my budget. And also I’ve seen where some doctor do payment plans If you’ve done that can you tell me about that too. Thanks so I can look them up and look at my options
