My breasts are discharging ?

Im new to this type of stuff so please don’t judge me or anything. Im just trying to find out why my breasts are discharging, or so I think it is. I really don’t know & I would want to know what yall might think it is. Im honestly kind of worried cause I been searching it up on google, and it narrows up to signs of pregnancy, an infection or tumor, and lastly by squeezing them or something. & these past days, yes I have done that, for “pleasure” to my partner. & a white clear liquid comes out. I just dont know, could you guys please help ? I would appreciate it a lot
