They have a senior husky who they leave in the garage day and night. We're in Florida and it gets extremely hot in there. He pees and poops in there and then gets beaten for it. He developed some skin condition around his anus and they suspected that it was because he sat all day on his urine, but they took him to the vet and supposedly the vet says it's because he's old. They also have a yorkie who lives tied to their bedroom door on a 4ft leash and he pees and poops there nearly all the time because they don't take him outside. Is this something you would report or should I mind my own business? Can I report anonymously?

Edit: my husband and I have expressed our concerns but they don't see anything wrong with how they're treating them. I'm completely disgusted.

Also, sil once told me that she was once reported when she lived in Missouri because she was beating the husky and the neighbor heard his screams 😞 but it ended in nothing because she was able to "prove" that she wasn't abusing him. She told me all this annoyed at the neighbor because he couldn't mind his own business. They have two daughters and a while ago the youngest one acted out how bil beats the husky and I almost cried. I really can't continue knowing the abuse and not do anything.
