Best high chair ??

Hi !! 
I need to buy a high chair for baby and have been seeing so many different things and I’m just lost 
I know their knees have to be at a 90 degree angle and their feet flat 
Do you know of a high chair with these features under $200?

We just went to walmart and got one for $60. It's a just a normal one.  Just found one we liked. Didnt put that much thought of it. Just what's practical.

We got one from ikea that was like $25, it comes apart and easily wipes clean as there isn’t any fabric

We have a Graco 6 in 1 high chair. A friend bought it as a baby shower gift. It has an infant insert, has different recline settings, adjustable height, and it turns into a removal booster seat that is portable. It's pretty sweet and I believe it was under $200 and it was purchased from Target

I have this one and I love it. My daughter also uses it for water paint coloring, markers, playdoh. It’s adjustable and literally growing with the child. And super easy to clean. U can wash all the covers.
