Different symptoms after miscarriage

Hi ladies!! I just want to vent...

I had a d&c in April and then again 10 days later cause they did a crappy job and I was in septic sock..anyway with that pregnancy I had zero symptoms except from no appetite.

No I am pregnant again 5weeks today and I have symptoms from 3 weeks.bloating constipation,nausea (but without vomiting) in the morning and sore breasts...I am waiting for my blood test tomorrow and having one again on Monday to see if they are doubling..

I just wanna ask ladies who got pregnant after a miscarriage,did you have different symptoms? Is it a positive sign?or is it just with all pregnancies symptoms differ...I am just praying this one sticks🌈🌈
