Negative tests , frequently peeing

I know it’s not a UTI because my results came back negative this past week & I’m getting light twinges / cramps (which i get every month) but AF is due around the 15th/16th but my pregnancy test at the doctors on Tuesday 6/8 came back negative. I have no other out of the ordinary “symptoms” or any at all really other than very very light spotting after I wiped on 6/5. I just keep peeing and all these tests , ultrasounds & blood work I’ve been through (for other possible issues beforehand) are saying I’m fine. Pls comment what you think it could be or if you’ve ever experienced this!

Update for future reference: lmaooo it is / was a mild case of E Coli with my usual AF symptoms🤢😬
