Anxiety, aches and pains

For the past 3 months I’ve been suffering with the worst anxiety, worst pains all over my chest and back and every time I visit the doctor they tell me that it could be inflammation or anxiety disorder, but I’m feeling so helpless now, I’ve been about 5/6 times and I feel like nothing is helping

I’ve been prescribed codeine, but it’s such a harsh painkiller and I started cbd gummies today for the first time because im so desperate for something to help me through this

I just don’t know what to do anymore, has anyone been feeling this way ?
