PLEASE HELP HES IN PAIN

I’ve been taking fenugreek to boost my milk supply and well turns out it tears up my stomach, and my baby boy’s stomach... he’s only nine days old and has terrible diarrhea and gas from the supplement, and has vomited. There’s nothing on google on how to get it out of my baby’s system... please help, he’s been screaming in misery for hours and my heart is shattered.. i feel like the worst in the world... it was so scary seeing him puke... not spit up, but puke... I’m so broken over this... I really need help and fast
