Are you experiencing stronger, longer hair and nails?

I’m 20 weeks and if anything my hair and nails are worse! Anyone know why that happens?

My hair seems to be getting thicker/puffier but not longer hahaah.
My nails maybe got a little better 🤷🏻‍♀️ right before to lockdown I ripped off all my dip powder nails so they were just in shambles to begin with hahaha 😂🤣

I have definitely noticed an increase since starting prenatals. They definitely help your nails and hair. So it could be that when you started your pregnancy you started taking them and it’s altered the growth with the increase of nutrients.

My nails didn’t get longer/stronger until the 3rd trimester. Now they are super strong and growing like weeds (I’ve had to trim them twice already in the last month and my nails are typically naturally weak and brittle).
