Got these results did anyone else HELP

Recovered means it’s positive right?? Did anyone else during they pregnancy test positive for this. It’s my first pregnancy and my how this is making my mind race I’m 36 weeks. I can check my results online at hospital website, my doc office is closed it’s the weekend I’m sure they will give me call Monday but damn that’s a ways away. Ladies if you tested positive may you PLEASE tell me if/how this effected you or didn’t THANK YOU. Have post anonymously because I have family on here.
