Help I’m scared bv

Last week I went to an urgent care to get treated for vaginal itchyness and the doctor prescribed me medication one for a yeast infection and one for BV that was a metronidazole gel I had to use it for 5 days and then litterly three days later I get my period and my period ended on Tuesday and yesterday on Friday night I continued the medicine but when I went to sleep I started to feel numbness on my leg and arm and I was looking up the side effects and it’s one of the series one feeling tingling and numbness on hands and feet and now idk what to obviously I’m not going to use the medication anymore but I still feel the numbing do any of you think it’ll go away in a couple of days and now idk if I should go back to the urgent care to help my itchiness I only feel itchiness and I don’t have any discharge or smell that’s all I’m experiencing
