Engorged

Can you become engorged if you get pregnant right when you stop nursing?

I just stopped nursing my LO (😭😭) 9 days ago. The first day was very uncomfortable but it got a little better each day until I woke up yesterday and I was engorged again on one side. We have been trying to get pregnant again and I don’t know if I am but I was wondering if that could cause it. Or maybe I’m a bit to start my period and that could cause it? Idk just seems strange that’s it’s gotten progressively better each day since I stopped and yesterday BAM! 👀
