Untouched in the fridge for 24 hrs, untouched at room temp for 2 hours, once baby's mouth has touched it you only have an hour (regardless if it's refrigerated or room temp.)

Depends. Mine (Enfamil gentlease) says 2 hours once prepared and 24 hours in the fridge.
